What is this website, in contractual terms?
This site is published by BetterAds Solutions LLC and operates as an independent publisher and advertiser. It is not a pest control company, holds no Georgia Department of Agriculture Company License or other structural pest control credential, employs nobody who applies product, and performs no treatments. Using the site means accepting these terms as reviewed on 10 September 2026.
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, and no contract for pest control services is formed with the operator of this site at any point. A contract, if one is formed at all, is formed between you and the independent pest control company you deal with. This site's role is to connect you with such a company and to publish information; the company pays a fee for the connection, as stated in the footer of every page.
Nothing here is a promise that any company will contact you, attend a property, or do so within any period of time. Only the company that responds can commit to a schedule.
Who is responsible for the treatment that gets done?
The independent pest control company you engage is solely responsible for the work: its scope, its quality, the products used, the scheduling, the pricing and any warranty, termite bond or Wood Infestation Report. BetterAds Solutions LLC does not supervise, inspect, insure, guarantee or accept liability for that work, and has no provider relationship with any company.
This site checks no company. No license number is confirmed before a connection is made, no operator credential is inspected and no insurance certificate is seen. That check is yours, and Georgia publishes the route for it: the Georgia Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Search shows whether a company holds a current Company License and which categories it is designated for. Before authorizing treatment, get the scope in writing, including the target pest, the product and its EPA registration number, the number of visits, and what any warranty or bond covers and costs to renew. Disputes about work performed, an invoice, damage caused during a job or a bond that is not being honored are between you and that company. Georgia's regulator for structural pest control license holders is the Department of Agriculture, not this publisher.
How should the cost figures on this site be treated?
Every figure published here is a third-party estimate drawn from a named public source, not a quote, not an offer and not a price this site can set or honor. Actual cost depends on the pest, the size and construction of the property, whether a crawl space is in scope and how many visits the plan contains.

The guidance on this site summarizes public sources, including University of Georgia Extension publications and Georgia structural pest control rules. It is general information for homeowners, not an inspection of your property, not a treatment recommendation and not legal, medical or veterinary advice.
Identification from a photograph has limits, and a page cannot see a crawl space. Where this site describes what a termite swarmer looks like or when a species tends to swarm in Georgia, it is helping you ask a better question, not producing a finding about your house.
Nothing here describes any product or treatment as harmless or free of risk, because that is a regulated claim about a product this publisher does not choose, apply or control. The pesticide label is the governing document, and you are entitled to the product name and its EPA registration number before treatment so you can read it. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services; for a suspected exposure, follow the label and use the poison center contact printed on it.
What are the limits of liability, and how do these terms change?
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterAds Solutions LLC is not liable for losses arising from work performed by any pest control company, from reliance on published estimates, or from any interruption to this website, and makes no warranty about third-party work. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any dispute about these terms or this website is subject to the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. These terms may be updated. The date on this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
